Dean's Office

The dean's office is the school’s central management and administrative unit. It is the first point of contact for teaching staff, students and visitors for all organizational matters regarding student affairs and teaching. The dean’s office not only bridges the gap between students and teaching staff of the school, but also creates a link to the central institutions of the divisions of the university administration and the President's Office. Staff members working for the dean’s office are, among others, the school’s program managers, academic advisor and exchange coordinator, as well as other project staff. Another central point of contact, especially for the school’s doctoral students, is the secretary’s office, which stores their doctoral agreements and other important documents.
