Arbeitsgruppe Theoretische Informatik und IT-Sicherheit

The working group combines the research work of two chairs: the Chair of Practical Computer Science IV: Dependable Systems Engineering (Prof. Dr. Frederik Armknecht) and the Chair of Theoretical Computer Science (Prof. Dr. Matthias Krause). It is part of the Institute of Computer Science and Business Informatics of the Faculty of Business Informatics and Mathematics at the University of Mannheim.

News: Workshop on the current research in cryptography.

During the meeting of the Cryptography working group of Bauhaus-Universität Weimar and the Theoretical Computer Science and IT Security working group of the University of Mannheim on 1 and 2 February 2024, two colloquium talks open to the university public will take place in room B2.01 in Building B6, 26.
