There are two large student organizations active at the University of Mannheim, which provide assistance in the search for internships abroad:

AEGEE is a student initiative active at the University of Mannheim, which represents a part of the larger European student initiative network specialized in providing students with assistance in finding internship opportunities Europe-wide. The idea is to learn together about Europe and its residents, facilitating in this way cultural exchange, elimination of prejudices and forwarding of the European cause among the students.

AIESEC is another student association active at the University, which itself also represents a part of a larger international network, which assists students in finding internship opportunities in fields of business, IT and development.

Moreover, there is a number of other potential facilitators active out-side the University grounds:
